FansTemple is a personal sourcing facilitation service based in Meizhou, Guangdong, China. Founded by Xie Chunhua, the service helps international clients — primarily in Europe — navigate Chinese e-commerce platforms to find products they cannot easily access from abroad.

Our role is simple: we are the bridge between you and Chinese suppliers. We search, we verify, we translate, and we facilitate communication. You make the purchase decisions. You deal with the supplier. We make sure nothing gets lost in translation.

We started because friends in Europe kept asking for help buying things from Taobao and other Chinese platforms. What began as a favor became a full-time service — and today we help clients across Belgium, France, and beyond.

We are not a store, a reseller, or a trading company. We provide a service — and we charge a transparent fee for that service.
